Shelter Bay Cafe - Reservar una mesa

I am a medical assistant which means for lunch I do not have much time to wait for food which is why I order ahead. With that being said I ordered a sandwich showed up waited for about 25 minutes. Just to go in have her say I canceled your order didn 't know how to contact you first off, why have a system that is not able to relay this message to the consumer. I just hope I get my money refunded. I was not even offered to order anything else or a gift certificate or anything to make up for this. It is not my fault didn 't feel like I was accommodated in any way. I really wanted to like this place because it is near my work, but will not be going back.

The sandwiches are great. But I wish they'd get their act together. First time we ordered for pickup, the sandwiches weren't ready until half an hour past the pickup time, and we were on a schedule. Second time, we put together an order, then found out they don't bother to update their open times/days on Google, which said they were open Sunday and they're not.

This is a nice little sandwich shop in a medical office complex off the 101. We stopped here because we could not get into a place in Sausalito. There was one person working, but she was efficient and friendly. The sandwiches she made were wonderful.

Great sandwiches, better eat on the spot than delivery as the sauce could quickly make it soggy.Food: 5/5
