Hi I order thise box at 1.07am iwas calling at 1.45am phone was anwserd and man tell me my order is going out now with others and 15 max 20 mins after will by with me so I wait ....till i asleep then I wake up 2.30am and prepared sandwiches for me (what u see on picture behind box)cos restaurant was not answering, when I start to eat at 2.58 I hear a buzzer it was delivery guy so I teake the order but quality of it was so bad thise was sweaty box not munch box box was totally sweaty all wet was melting with all whats was inside, thank u but I will stay with my sandwiches they are loads better!
Ordered our food at 4:40PM and was told it would take 40 mins. At 6PM our food had not arrived so phoned to check was told driver was on his way. At 6:35PM (nearly 2 hours since we had ordered) still no sign of our food so phoned to cancel. To be fair, the person on the phone was very apologetic. 10 minutes later the driver turned up and became very cheeky and argumentative when we told him we had already phoned to cancel. After being spoken to in such a disgusting way and expecting us to wait 2 hours for our order, we wont be ordering from them again!
Ordered food for myself and my partner and when it got here it was the wrong order and was nothing I could eat as I'm diabetic and could have sent me to the hospital. After phoning the restaurant only to be answered by the cleaner and after phoning the delivery driver was told they couldn't do anything for me. The owner should stay in the restaurant until all orders have been sent out and driver returns back to the establishment without an error.
