First time coming here. Dined in around lunch time. 12:30. Wasn't super busy. Kind of slow. After we were seated we Waited almost 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. After our drink orders were taken (1 water 1 Pepsi) it took another 5 minutes. Took a drink only to find out it was a diet Pepsi. Waited for our food for 25 minutes (club Sandwich $15, Express pizza combo. Comes with salad or soup and slice of pizza $9) later found out she was the only waitress waiting on tables. Maybe thats why she had such an attitude and kind of rude. Gordon Ramsay would be disappointed. Food was microwaved the chicken pa4m was thick the sauce was sugary not acidic. The chili was cold because it was microwaved. The waitress microwaved it so hot that I burned my tongue on the obviously not prepared fresh daily chili. Standards are low and the giant sign of the best pizza is a farce. The menu is too large and the beer scene is totally dead. Looks like the only thing possibly keep them afloat. Avoid at all cost. I can make better at home.
Worst service ever. Seated off to the side with several other families who all looked upset. Wait staff only seemed to pay attention to the bar area. Sat for 30min waiting for service. No one ever came so we left. It's a shame that Shield's is so bad now.
I always enjoy my time at this restaurant, and the food is usually excellent. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The food didn't have the same quality as it usually does, which came as a surprise. I hope they can address this soon.

Had great pizza, chicken quesadilla, and chicken wings! Our server was promt, polite, and gave great recommendations when asked! Kid-friendliness: The kids pizza is HUGE, definitely enough for 2 or 3 kids depending on how well they eat!
While the server was not at fault, I ended up being the last to receive my food. By the time my dish arrived, the others were already halfway through their meals. The issue seemed to lie with the kitchen’s lack of organization.
I ordered an online takeout. Not to get into a long story. The service I received when I arrived was NOT professional. Then, to top it off once I got home, my order wasn't even correct.
Pizza was wet at the bottom of the crust(like dripping wet), the service was terrible idk if they young lady was high off pills or slow, you all should be ashamed!

Had a Cobb salad there. Oh my goodness it was fantastic. My first experience there. Will be going back maybe for dinner to check it out
I really enjoyed the jazz music on Saturday. I definitely plan to return to join in on the karaoke fun!
