As locals from Adelaide, we spent a night here to celebrate our three-year anniversary. When I mentioned this to the friendly young woman at the check-in desk, we were pleasantly surprised with two complimentary cocktail vouchers and a 25% discount at the in-house Japanese restaurant, which we had already reserved. This was a wonderful start to our experience at the Intercontinental, and we couldn't find any faults with the service, food, or room. We will definitely be returning!

Our room was lovely, featuring a river view and excellent amenities. My husband particularly enjoyed the pillow menu. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety and was consistently restocked. Our two waitresses, both named Sophie, were friendly and professional. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the staff handled everything smoothly. We will definitely be returning!

Thankyou Manager and staff for making a very difficult time bearable. Just spent the weekend in Adelaide for my 50th Birthday staying at your motel with my beautiful family. On Saturday night got the sad news my mum passed away. Your Manager personally delivered flowers to our room and treated us with up most respect. Always say this is my favourite motel. Thankyou so much

This review is for the waiting staff at Riverside Restaurant. The service was impeccable! I unfortunately forgot to catch the staff member's name, but she truly went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday lunch extra special yesterday, July 9th. My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves thanks to our corporate sponsor, and good friend, Mr Prasad. Room was great, valet was perfect and the service was exceptional. I think the Valet driver was a bit jealous that we had Pancake Kitchen for dinner, which was funny!!

A lovely, lovely hotel. The valet parking, reception and restaurant staff were all lovely to deal with and the room was gorgeous. Spacious, clean, a great bathroom and the view was fantastic. All round excellent experience, and we will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for the Adelaide Marathon. We were able to check in early, we had great room service, also the buffet breakfast that was included was fantastic. Dark, quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms.
