If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. My mother and I entered the establishment and were met with an unfriendly "Are you lost?" glare from the owner or staff member, who appeared Chinese rather than Korean. When I asked for a table for two, her curt response was, "Uh, you need to pay first," delivered with a very unpleasant attitude. The restaurant itself looked neglected, with tables that didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. It was completely empty, and I would be very cautious about dining here due to hygiene concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, not even slightly!
Dont know what they did to get such a poor rating but when i was there today for dinner, service and food was half decent. Variety for the premium buffet $45) may be small but in my experience, most korean bqq shops, especially buffets, only offers a few cuts of meats, in this case 5 types. The meat looks freshly prepared, meats were tender and flavourful through and through. Ask for the fresh garlic and the bean paste if not served, they have it. Ventilation is definitely one of the things that people complain about, but to eat korean bbq in the comfort of air conditioning, it's a given.
This place may not have been great in the past, but my partner and I have been returning for the past year and a half, and we absolutely love it. My partner insists that no other restaurant compares to the quality of the meats here; the grill ensures that your food doesn’t stick like it does at other places. The staff is extremely accommodating and will drop everything just to clean the grill if they notice even a tiny bit of charred meat stuck to it. While the dining area could use some renovations, you’re not there to appreciate the seats and walls—you’re there for the food.
The service was extremely poor, and there were very few food options available. When we first requested water, an older woman who appeared to be the owner said nothing, and we waited about 15 minutes before it finally arrived. Additionally, there was hardly any staff to refill the food; you could constantly see the empty bottoms of the food containers. Lastly, no matter how burnt your BBQ plates became, no one would replace them unless you asked, and even then, there was a 20-minute wait.

Dont no go here. Poor Exhuast. You cant breathe. Small selection of food. When we arrived it was empty, asked it to be refilled, They brought out one dish. Your knees can touch the bbq as you sit. Got a small burn. No theme at all. They make you pay upfront. Very poor effort.
Very little food, I came in around 7.30 and not much meat left already! The only vegetables are zucchini, salads, and kimchi! Also they dont even give customers water as they charge for the drinks. Should have checked the rating on google before I went there....
DANGER DANGER DANGER DON’T EAT HERE. There should be 0 star option because this place would get one from me. Terrible food terrible customer service staff no were to be seen. DON’T DO THERE FOR DINNER it will ruin your day.
Easily the best Korean restaurant I've been to! I don't get why they get so many bad reviews. If you ask they will also let you play whatever music you want! Big Thumbs Up...and yes...I had a FOODGASM!
