I visited this restaurant on two separate occasions, and both times, the food was outstanding. On my first visit, I followed a Keto diet and ordered the chicken salad, which they prepared perfectly for me. The second time, I tried the bacon fried rice, which I absolutely adore! I've ordered the bacon fried rice a few times, and I can confidently say it's the best roasted rice in the valley, especially on certain days. However, due to staffing issues, their hours can be a bit inconsistent, so I’m giving them four stars. I understand how challenging it can be for them, especially when I visit during their open hours.
The food met our expectations based on our choices. The dishes were tasty and the portions were generous. We received good service, but I didn't give a full 5 stars because my husband was hoping for an Asian dinner option, which wasn’t available—possibly due to staff uncertainty. The Crab Puffs tasted more like cream cheese than crab. Overall, we had a nice experience and enjoyed the food. The chicken sandwich was particularly good and quite filling.
I fell in love with not only the restaurant but also the people, the wait staff, the food and how can you not fall in love with Shima and his daughter Aloha. The food is Amazing! While I am here I feel like I am at home sitting at my momma's table. Thank you Shima for always making me feel like family
We visited Schlima for the first time tonight, and everything we had was excellent and fresh. It's not every day you find a place where you can enjoy both a burger and Asian cuisine in the same restaurant!

Oh my! This was place is delicious! The burgers, Ramen, Hiroshima, and Chicken Teriyaki was amazing! Wish we lived here instead of Virginia! Super nice staff too!
No better food or people in the valley! The wings are brilliant and amazing! The spicy pig and rice was delicious! The hot Bologna and rings... perfection!
My whole family loves Shima's! Something for everyone and the food is truly amazing!
The food and service was awesome today at lunch. Will definitely eat there again.
