Always exceptional service! The entire menu is gluten-free without sacrificing flavor or quality. The fresh soba (buckwheat noodles) is absolutely fantastic. It's wonderful to enjoy delicious Japanese noodles without the concern of gluten contamination. I also adore the sake tasting bowl, which features four assorted small bottles of sake served in a bowl of ice. Plus, I appreciate the selection of gluten-free beers available. I highly recommend Shimbashi, regardless of whether you're gluten-free or not!

Great food. But the service was very confusing. When I’m eating out I don’t want to order my food via an app. And the app in question is poorly designed. I want to be able to interact with staff who know the menu. I found this disappointing. And weird to be honest.

Charged for containers to take my Food. Charges $8 extra for a weekend fee. Very expensive with no table service on QR order. Food was nice but I prefer being talked to not just looking at a screen.

Can never go anywhere other than Shimbashi for cold soba, they do both soba and tempura so amazingly well
