Shin Hwa is the easiest lovliest place for me to go for lunch/dinner with friends in Hildesheim as most of them eat meat. 2 pages of vegetarian dishes and 2 pages of vegan dishes should offer something for everyone It only happened once that I didn't like what I've ordered (vegan.select: this was pak choy, tofu, rice and tomato sauce only no other veg, and the taste was dominated by the unfortunately rather boring tomato sauce) BUT summerrolls, curry, phoxao, fried rice, mixedrice, fried veg everything absolutely delicious!! service is great, drinks are lovely too (I LOVE their fresh apple-mint tea portions huge and prices more than reasonable. totally recommended!
ShinHwa is a very vegan friendly place! They are constantly trying to improve and really listen to suggestions. There is a seperate vegetarian menu and everything on it can be prepared vegan. Any special requests? No problem. I always enjoyed the food, especially the Happy Rolls (Glücksrollen) which are the best spring rolls I have ever tried. I can also recommend the vegan dessert, an unusual concoction made of mung beans, coconut milk, water chestnuts and pandan jelly. The decor is quite modern and there isn't much space, so if you are planning to go there with many people, be sure to make a reservation.
En liten lokal som mest påminner om ett hål i väggen. Fullbokat en lördagskväll, men vi var tidigt ute och kunde få ett bord. När maten kom förstod vi varför denna lilla oansenliga restaurang var så välbesökt. Maten var mycket vällagad och god. Portionerna var väl tilltagna och vi tyckte att vi fick mycket för pengarna.
Leider wurden meine Wünsche nicht erfüllt .mein Gericht versalzen in wasserlake,zu wenig Glasnudeln,der Teller überfüllt mit unnötigen Sojasprossen .Preis Leistung für die Portion und nicht gegessen ,es erwähnt und trotzdem Geld abgenommen .schlecht und überteuert

Dieses kleine Restaurant kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Alle Speisen sind lecker und werden auch in vegetarischen und veganen Varianten angeboten. Die Inhaberinnen sind sehr freundlich. Wir fühlen uns immer wohl dort.

Die Bedienung war gestresst und gereizt , nachdem das Essen kalt(! auf dem Teller ankam und wir darauf aufmerksam machten würden wir enorm angegangen. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Shin hwa is my absolute favorite in Hildesheim! All dishes are available in vegan version. The people who run it are super sweet and the ice-cold apple mint tops everything
