Very VERY fresh seafood ? Probably the freshest I have since I was in Canada 8 years ago. The price looks like a bit higher at a glance but that yellowtail sashimi I had was good size, Plus the quality so I think the price is not bad at all ?The restaurant is not big and it can get crowded so expect some wait time. But overall, I am glad I know and tried this place out so you should too!
If you choose to dine here, you may either have an exceptionally bad experience or be treated very well. The chef's treatment of customers varies greatly, leading me to question the supposed Japanese value of impartiality. It seemed as though we were unfairly judged based on our cultural background.
Took 45 minutes to get a Rainbow roll. It was warm so I sent it back saying please take it off the bill. The waitress just billed us as Sushi for a lump amount with no itemization. Basically, she left the roll on the bill and tried to slip it by as a lump total. Not cool, not going back.
This small restaurant is quite delightful. The staff is excellent and the sushi is very good, although not quite as high-end as some of the top sushi spots in Newport Beach. However, the prices here are much more affordable. Reserva una mesa ahora
The fish quality and preparation is excellent; the service is too. Sushi chef is very good. Small but good selection. Edamame was served cold without salt. They did heat it up for me and provide sea salt upon request.
By far the best sushi restaurant around. Great friendly owner, fantastic sushi. Not the place to get a roll with a million weird ingredients- where you come if you want a real authentic sushi experience.
So good I could cry. We were just visiting from out of town. This place was so friendly and the food was better than anything I’ve had in a decade. Worth it!

I have discovered a new favorite sushi restaurant. It came highly recommended by a friend and I was extremely impressed with the quality.
