Shinbashi Yakiniku

Went here as part of a birthday dinner and while the food was okay, the service was absolutely appalling. A 90 minute limit on a buffet sounds pretty fair, but that's with all staff ignoring your table while chatting amongst themselves and pouring themselves drinks from the bar. Our hot dishes were sitting at the bench until it got cold while staff willingly ignored it. When you order and 40 minutes of that time is waiting for people to order and then bring the food out, with rude staff, it's not worth it. When you pay $40 per person for a buffet and you leave hungry, you just know you're not getting your money's worth. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Have been to Shinbashi quite a few times. Although it is opened by Taiwanese but the food is prepared in an authentic manner. Service and ambience are comfortable. I like them to serve the Chicken soup free and I like the quality and varieties of the meats  that they are serving. Try the Japanese beer and sake there, they do have many choices for you. Buffet is serving on early weekday if you like to challenge your stomach.

Not really worth it. For the price of the buffet, could pay a little bit more and go to Nonbei and have food of substantially higher quality. Otherwise, I would rather take my money and go to little lamb or shabu house espresso-and-matcha.blogspot.com

Come here for the wagyu buffet they have on certain days of the week. However something's are too good to be true as the slices are quite thin. Meat and dipping sauce is delicious with plain rice, however the other dishes they have such as the tendon curry is quite tasty as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

We went there on Friday night so pay for $40 for each person. The volume of each meal is very small and because it is someone service you this makes harder to get as many dishes as you want. The veggies of the BBQ are not fresh. In total, it is not really worth for the money.

My wife and I tried out this local Japanese BBQ recently and were happy to find the food was delicious, staff were helpful and friendly, and the prices were on par with other similar bbq restaurants. We will be going back and will recommend.

Great charcoal BBQ with awesome quality wagyu beef. Good setting and friendly staff. Would come back one of the days of BBQ buffet. Gotta say though, ordering a normal set was just enough for 2 and get your bang for buck :)

Friendly and prompt service. Usually not a fan of meat but the quality of the meat is so good. The free sorbet after meal is the highlight for me.

Would rate them zero star if I could do it. Poor customer service, never again !! Extremely slow and impolite service !
