This place is definitely the best Shipleys around! I was thrilled to see they had an ice and soda machine as soon as I walked in. They also had bottled unsweetened tea, which was a pleasant surprise. When I noticed they had mustard as well, I was even more impressed. None of the other Shipleys I've visited have these items. Of course, all Shipleys have kolaches and donuts, but this location went the extra mile by adding these extra touches. I appreciate the attention to detail by the owner. I am a big fan of Shipley Donuts and this particular location is very convenient for me. However, the downside of this place is the accuracy of my order. Unfortunately, it seems like almost half of the time I visit, they end up getting my order wrong. It's puzzling because they are not usually very busy. Despite this, I still enjoy their donuts so I make sure to double check my order before leaving. I try not to let it bother me too much and instead just look forward to that first delicious bite!

I love Shipley Donuts and this location is very convenient to where I live. The negative thing about this location is order accuracy. Sadly, and this no exaggeration, half of the time I go, they get my order wrong. They are not usually that busy so I am not sure what the problem is. But, I like the donuts so I simply double check before driving away. I try not to stress. I just focus on how good the first bite will be! :

I recently purchased six glazed donuts and two kolaches from this restaurant and I had the best service ever! The lady who served me was amazing and provided excellent customer service. I regret not getting her name, but she was blonde and wearing a white long sleeve shirt. Thank you for being so kind and professional! We have always been impressed with the variety and quality of their food. The standout here, however, is the exceptional service. Even our shy kids felt comfortable interacting with the staff. Plus, they offer discounted coffee refills when you bring your own travel cup. Overall, we have only positive things to say about this restaurant.
