Poor customer service! I used the drive through and when the woman came to the window I said hi how are you, no response. I gave my order but then she asked if I wanted the rest glazed. She wasn't listening! I open my order and it WRONG! This is the last time I ever go to any Shipleys!!! Overrated!!

Placed an order for some of my elementary students a day prior. 2 gentleman in the store made sure my babies were well cared for. Amazing service, very kind and professional. The store is beautiful and very clean all the way around. Best service in the area!

Hot, fresh and delicious. Fast and friendly employees. Navigating through the Highway 146 construction can be problematic. A dozen glazed donuts will set you back $13.99.

Cold glazed donuts for super high price. Go to the Shipleys on Fm518 in league city. They serve only hot donuts, fresh off the rack!
