Very worst customer service I have ever seen! 1- The menu had a lot of items but they did not have majority of them. 2- There was only one girl in the counter, she was playing cards with other customers and had no idea what the customers have ordered. 3- We asked for cards, the waiter said I will bring it, but after 15 mins waiting, I went to see why they did not bring the cards. The girl was playing cards and had totally for forgot it. 4- The Hookah, was terrible Food: 1 Service: 1

Came today they asked us to pick a table. Waitress came asked us to place order. She clearly said she will ask the cook first if he can cook to start with. She came back and said she failed to convince him to cook he is busy preparing catering. This is 2 PM. what kind of restaurant operates that way. If they can not provide service why they open doors to customers. went next door to Shatila restaurant , the total opposite , best experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
