S'hisle - Reserva de mesa

We had dinner here on a Saturday evening without a booking. Its a small place and the staff are friendly and efficient. However, we were somewhat disappointed with our meals. While the portion size was good, the lamb was tough and the fat had not been rendered down; and the sides of vegetables were frozen veges. The veal in mushroom sauce was cooked ok, with lots of mushrooms in the sauce, but again the fat on the meat was not rendered. We saw others eating tartes flambees and these looked good. It seems reasonable value for money, but I would stick to ordering the tartes next time.

My husband I were out sightseeing by car, and we were ready for lunch. We stopped here because it looked inviting. The exterior seating was full, but we got a table inside. Our server was able to speak German which is my husbands native language, and she was helpful answering menu questions. The food was lovely, and the wine service equally so. I don't hesitate to recommend the food - if we are back in the area we will certainly return. (Bathroom is also clean as a whistle which is always nice)

Worst food we have ever had. We ordered 2 cote de boeuf with pepper sauce and they were both inedible. Meat was incredibly tough and fatty and it was served with tasteless frozen vegetables. Our 2 young daughters had chicken and pasta. The chicken was undercooked so they could only eat the pasta. We both left feeling ill and hungry. The service was friendly but the visit was ruined by the atrocious food.

the s ́Hisle is the Alsace restaurant without nonsense. the menu includes traditional dishes prepared according to tradition. the courts are big and on the heavy side. the chocroute was as if I revived them from traveling in the 1970s. the service is a perfect game. attentive and fast. one of our best experiences in Alsace. Despite being a hot day and even on the terrace we were not really cozy eating that we got was really good. I ordered lambbone and was delicious and delicate, really good. the personal was professional and helpful and the prei Average.

We came in for dinner after visiting Haut -K and had great service from friendly staff. the flammekueche was very well done and wine was very good local quality and a bargain for the price. This place gets full marks!

I was in this restaurant , but I have not eaten . I drank a cup of coffee and my wife ate scrumptious cake with blueberries . Inside the restaurant the smell of good food . Friendly staff .

super cozy little restaurant in a sweet little town. the menu was very diverse and tasty with various typical dresses from Alsace. Our child also had very good food and a good time. Reserva una mesa ahora

They serve an excellent selection of tartes flambees alsaciennes with a whole list of regional wines to wash them down. The other good point is they are open all day every day.

than adequate, it was very crowded and the service was accordingly frustrating but the 2 tart flambé were quite good. Always good wine here as everywhere in the region.
