We went without a reservation, and it was ok we weren't at one of the service/show tables....we didn't realize that meant there would be certain things on the menu we couldn't order because of it. We got all sushi roles, and unfortunately it was the most bland food I've had in a long time. I don't mind fish eggs, but these guys really went overboard for my taste. Great prices though.
I had breakfast at the coffee garden with a group of former colleagues. The staff's attempts to serve all members of the group at the same time may explain the quality of the food. I had Eggs Benedict . The eggs were overlooked and the Hollandaise sauce was disappointing. The service was fairly prompt and I appreciated having pots of coffee left on the table
The best part of visiting pg is being able to go to Shogun. Even though I've lived in Calgary for over five years, none of the asian restaurants there compare to Shogun. From the appetizers to the entree, it's a really tasty meal. No it's not cheap, it's still a version of a steak house after all. You do get what you pay for though, well worth the price.
Always have great service, great food! I love the eggs Benny there. They used to include coffee with the breakfast, but now they upped the price of breakfast and took the coffee out. But still worth going. Reserva una mesa ahora
Better to come here with a group. If you come as a couple, you will be sitting with a lot of strangers. A little noisy and smokey at times. A little hard to have a quiet chat while you dine.
We stayed at The hotel and did not want to go out so we decided to give this one a try. Fantastic decision. Food was really good and the chef made a good show around the teppanyaki table.
Great atmosphere around the grill. Teppanyaki show! Food is excellent. Efficient and friendly service. Great value for money. We will return.
