This happened a few months back, Very bad service. Tried to charge my friend for the “all you can eat” when she had told the server that she was not going to do the all you can eat. She took a noodle soup which came with no noodles and they tried to charge her 30$ for it. Very sweet servers for whom I felt bad for because the manager/owner kept sending them out to tell my friend to pay the 30$. The floor manager was absolutely awful and scowled at us the entire time we tried to explain that my friend had only eaten soup. She said we were lying and was basically yelling at us. The table was so greasy, the food was okay, not bad, not incredible. The light kept flickering, requires an electrician to figure that out. Service was very nice. We waited 25 min for some items before we asked someone what was going on and someone told us the stock was empty and normally they should have gotten a feedback from the kitchen. Disappointing, but still enjoyable with friends, wouldn't come back tho.

well sushi but the server doesn't know what it serves, so if they 6 order at the same time and he serves them 5 type and they don't even see how they look, in the menu it is impossible to know what they eat, the sever even has such a call expert to tell us what they have brought, and he doesn't even have the time, he has to see the 5e or 6 we order.

The worst service in Sherbrooke. The waitresses are clueless on how to service a client. Tables are sticky, floor is dirty. To avoid at all cost.

Hit or miss on sushis, best time to go is for lunch as it's less expensive and cooks have more time to properly make the food
