*1/11/2024 I tried the lunch special at Shooting Stars, and it was really worth the price. Just a heads up, though – the special deal is only for folks dining in at the restaurant. The soup of the day, probably chicken soup, was a nice surprise. It was super tasty without being too salty, and it went really well with the Hai Nan Style Chicken and Special Rice. The Hai Nan chicken was good, and the special rice had this cool coconut flavor that made the dish even more interesting. The Beef Chow Fun didn't let me down; it tasted just as good as I expected. Late night is the best here! I literally only come after 10 o'clock. I have had Uber Eats from here before and have had takeout. Both have been very satisfactory. Pretty typical atmosphere of what you would consider a old-school kind of Chinese restaurant dining room experience. Always lots of young people here and families. I think the customer service could use a course or two on candor and friendliness when it comes to the wait staff. But overall good to good you can expect your experiences to be pretty consistent. I heard their desserts are good too, but I've never had any.
Ordered the baked pork chop. A lot of rice and not much else. The flavor wasn't great either. Only ate 1/3 of it before stopping. The popcorn chicken was pretty good though. Slightly salty but overall decent flavor. Place basically is hit or miss depending on what you order. Some great dishes, some not so great ones.
When walking into this restaurant, it’s smells amazing. The food is always great and OnPoint and so is their drinks. They have a variety of foods and appetizers and drinks. You won’t be disappointed and it’s also open late night for those who love to have a ventures.

I wanted a quick lunch and was craving Prawns Fried Rice 大蝦炒飯 along with some crispy Fried Chicken Wings 炸雞翼. It felt so comforting. I should've ordered a drink. Remembering in my younger days this place great late night place to eat.
Food taste good, many variety of milk tea and Asian shaved ice. The only thing I don't like is they charged 15% service charge automatically added to the total bill, and still ask for tips.
The XO Sauce Rice Roll is good. The fried fish balls hit the spot. The Clam with black bean sauce also pretty good, would like a little more sauce but it's good for a late night craving.
My Large drink, was not Large. Now I know only one size cup is available. I'll have to be careful about the drinks next time. But the Popcorn chicken and mixed fruit bowl is good

Good HK Trendy food. Great milktea either hot or iced. They have TV broadcasting Chinese programs unless there's an international sport game or event. Sometimes crowded
Good portion! Imagine a to go box and it's completely filled! The food was also really yummy and still warm when it arrived.
