A real Breton galette at Salon de Provence! I found the typical taste of the galette with a smiley service at the foot of the Emper Castle. Copiously topped and at a challenging price any competition. Flat formula dessert drink for 9 euros. I'll come back to taste the homemade sandy, kouignamann and the homemade salted caramel. Very nice discovery. Bubbles exist with or without pancakes. I took the one with raw chicken. Very good. Salads are varied and with fresh vegetables. As I was no longer hungry, I took the dessert to take away. Everything looks very appetizing. The place is nice, the working and engaged bosses. Good address.
