I ordered groceries for pickup, which is supposed to work like this: you place your order online, wait in one of the designated parking spots, text a number from their direct line, and fill out a survey online to let them know you've arrived, including your name and parking spot number. I placed my order at 8 AM on a Sunday for pickup between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. I arrived at exactly 6:30 PM in Bay 5 with my 6-year-old daughter and attempted to complete the text survey (something I've been doing since this service started during COVID). Watch what you buy here THE FOOD EXPIRES TODAY OR THE DAY AFTER. Also the managers will stand there and watch everyone struggle like a prison guard, with out even offering customers help. They could even be going through all the expired food to helpcustomers. Just pure laziness and inconsideration for the customers. Im taking my $400 a week back to mom and pop stores. Weare going to over pay regardless, but atleast it won?t be expired food and the experience will be nice.

The customer service was terrible. I called three times to request that they pick up an order that was left on my doorstep, which I didn't place. During my first call, the woman took down my phone number. By the third call, she rudely told me to just throw the groceries away. She could have easily called me to inform me or sent someone to pick them up and return them to the store. This is such an incredible waste! No wonder prices are so high! It's truly disappointing!

It’s not located in the beach shopping center, nor is it in the Cortland Town Center. I had assumed that this third shopping strip only had less appealing choices, but I was mistaken. This ShopRite surpasses Stop & Shop and Acme in selection across the board. I truly appreciate it and regret having overlooked it for the past year. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is one of the best ShopRites in the area. They offer a wide variety of products, and their shelves are always well-stocked. The deli and bakery are impressive as well. The checkout process is efficient, with no long wait times. The staff is friendly and ready to assist.

This supermarket focuses on serving minority communities. If you're purchasing beer, they check everyone's ID, which I find to be a rather extreme policy for ShopRite. It's definitely something to be aware of when you're at the register. Good luck!

This supermarket is always clean and organized but staff and manager is very racist. I still shop there because I love the produce but I go to self checkout so I won't have to deal with them.

I love the fresh baked pie/cakes and the seafood is very fresh and affordable. The vegetables are very nice and clean. You can't go wrong coming to this shop Rite Reserva una mesa ahora

BEWARE: SHOPRITE IS TAKING ADVANTAGE AND DRAMATICALLY INCREASING THIER PRICES ON ITEMS THAT ARE EASILY AVAILABLE AT LOWER PRICES AT OTHER GROCERY STORES.

They always have good sales on fruits, produce, meats and more. Shoprite has better prices foodwise on fresh produce and refrigerated/frozen items.
