It's frustrating enough that I have to bring my own bags, and now you want me to scan, pay, and bag my items too? Have these stores lost their sanity? It’s unbelievable! They’re cutting cashier hours or eliminating them altogether to save on payroll, leaving hardworking individuals struggling to support their families. It’s shameful. Furthermore, there’s a gigantic sign out front alerting everyone to the fact that the store has camera surveillance. When I walked in, I was greeted by a man yelling at customers about the one-way entrance. If most shoppers were like me, they probably turned right back around to search for the carts. Who knew getting a cart was like paying bail? They should really hire someone to manage the carts and build designated areas for them. I downloaded all my digital coupons, but when I checked out, none of them were applied. I had to go through a lot of hassle just to get the coupons to work, and in the end, I still ended up short-changed! By the time I finished, the ice cream I bought had completely melted. They really need to sort out the digital coupon situation or revert to printed coupons that you can cut out. I’ve been shopping here for 30 years, and I have to say I’m really disappointed!
