I visited this restaurant during a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, always eager to assist the guests. Our room was clean and well-organized, making our stay very comfortable. The property features a 9-hole short golf course, with all Par 3 holes ranging from 50 to 100 yards. Each hole is designed to be family-friendly, yet offers enough challenge for even low-handicap players, which kept it enjoyable for everyone. The last three holes, in particular, offer a beautiful view of the harbor, making for a memorable finish. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
Room was comfortable, but shower head is too low. Bathroom door didn't stay closed/did not have a lock. Layout of hotel and parking is awkward but they offer golf cart service at valet to take you to self parking. Pitch n putt included with stay. Breakfast staff was excellent, our servers Felix and Juan were especially helpful. Some noise from airplanes due to proximity to airport but did not affect our stay. Close to Fashion Island. Recommend to visit Balboa Island or enjoy a walk from Inspiration Point. Gorgeous down by the beach!
This is a great resort! Everything is very clean and upkept. Housekeeping is phenomenal and everyone is very friendly. The golf course is well groomed and good for all skill sets. Would be 5 out of 5 but the hottubs aren't very hot, more like warm but I can understand if it's turned down to reduce liability, although with having back and joint problems, would have loved the hottub to be a bit warmer.
It's worth noting that while the hotel is situated in a nice location, they charge an extra $40 resort fee per night, plus an additional $40 to $47 for parking, depending on whether you opt for valet or self-parking. Regardless, we still had to pay extra for parking.

Rented out function rooms here for an event. Everything went smoothly and they gave me a great deal. Wasn't that impressed with the hotel rooms though. Expected a bit better in all honestly. If I am booking for business again though I will be back!
Do not stay on the first floor. You can hear every footfall and cart above. Very poorly soundproof. Nice grounds. Self park is a hike and a half away. Rooms are clean but sparsely furnished. Friendly staff and bartender.
The hospitality from check-in to check-out was exceptional. John made the check-in process effortless. The breakfast staff at the restaurant were also very friendly. I highly recommend this resort.
Excellent service outside of the lobby. Employees on grounds help if u get lost. Lots of meeting rooms. Be sure to visit the street behind the hotel for the best walk or partial drive!

They lost my luggage for several hours and it wasn't a priority for them. Other than that it was a great experience
Very well run old world charm hotel. Pricey parking was only downside.
