Shotgun Willie's Bbq

Wish I had taken better pictures of the food but I was too eager and started eating before taking a “pretty” palate picture. But the bbq was 5 stars and it was hard to pick a favorite between the ribs, sausage, and brisket. And the banana pudding was delicious. On top of that, the service from everyone we spoke to was great. They were all so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend people take the trip to Nashville if you’re looking for really good bbq.

Definitely best Texas BBQ west of Texas! Loved the brisket and pork ribs and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hate having to share this since I’d rather have the smaller crowds and shorter wait times but everyone needs to experience this if they can’t go to Texas.

The new location is three times bigger! We just got back from having lunch there! I love it! If you say you’re from here and you’ve never been then you’re not from here! If you’re not from around here then you have to stop by!

This place has the best everything ! The brisket is incredible and so is the green beans and slaw. I didn't eat the macaroni personally so I can't speak on that. But I do know there was nothing left.

Amazing barbecue at this place! The Queso y Mac was absolutely delicious, the standout for me. Service was excellent, and I love the convenient location. Will definitely be back!

A little pricey, but great food. They make small-ish batches, so come early if you want to make sure they haven't run out of what you want.
