Showground Table Table

I went to this restaurant yesterday and arrived early. We were greeted by a waiter who seated us at a nice table by the window. The restaurant was not busy at that time. The waitress was excellent in explaining the menu options to us. Our food was served quickly and was delicious. The dessert we had was also excellent. The restaurant started to get busy around 1:15, but we couldn't fault them for that.

The breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic with a great selection of items. The bacon was cooked perfectly and kept warm, similar to a small ham. It's always best when freshly cooked, and this time it was fantastic. I highly recommend it as one of the best breakfast options around.

unfortunately we were too late for breakfast and too early for lunch! but we decided to have coffee and wait for lunch. Sunday roast was a selection of bark meat, truthahn or gammon with a good selection of vegetables. very inexpensive and decent size components.

a standard chain-pub menu, but eating and service was good. what I really appreciated was that she came and our order taken from the table, this will be a bit of a rarity in chains pubs in these days with most orders on the bar. I would go back.

I met some friends here. we all had a very nice lunch. my vegan option of the spicy lentil hotpot was beautiful and would definitely go again just to have this! the vegan chocolate torte was also great. well done.
