This restaurant.. Great server's and service, Group of 7 ladies started with soups and salads, then appetizers fried zucchini ? yummy.. All different main courses i got the fried fish which was fresh and fried to perfection.. Oh forgot started with a glass of Moscato my favorite wine.. Then desert carrot cake and coconut fried bananas with ice cream. So much food we couldn't finish it all.. Large menu of wine, beer and soft drinks.. Appetizers, great lunch menu, soups and salads.. 5 star in my book! In Acadia

We have driven by Shrimp House so many times and finally decided to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised at the environment. There is an extensive menu with a focus on fried shrimp and fried fish. My son had shrimp cocktail and enjoyed it. My husband had the coconut shrimp and a salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. I had the tempura fish tacos. They were tasty and the fish was good. For dessert the peach cobbler was delicious.

I am really glad to have tried this place. I would have never known about it if my friend had suggested we try it out. They have quite a few options on their lunch menu and regular menu. The calamari definitely was the favorite, but I also enjoyed the fried zucchini. The Boston clam chowder was good, but I want to try their red chowder next time out of curiosity. Both the fried and grilled seafood were cooked and seasoned well.

Parking: It's on a corner so if you are coming from El Monte on Peck Road North, you cannot make a U-Turn at that corner, you will have to make a right turn at the corner go down the street to make a U-Turn at the burger joint. MY PARTNER AN I STOPPED IN HERE ON THE WAY HOME FOR LUNCH. WE BOTH ORDERED THE CAPTAINS COMBO SALAD,SOUP, AND ? SHRIMP, BREADED FISH AND 1-SIDE FOR GREAT PRICE 16$ AND SOME CHANGE. GREAT TASTING FOOD, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN, ESPECIALLY THE RESTROOMS.
