I really want to like this place more. I got the combo, pulled pork and ribs with mac n cheese and fried okra. The best part was the fried okra : . All the meat was pretty dry and needed sauce. Really good BBQ doesn't' need any. I really did like their HOT BBQ sauce. I really like spicy foods and it does have a little bite. By me saying it has a little bite, others might find this too hot and spicy. I wasn't a fan of the mac n cheese : . We did get the banana pudding as well and it's not the old style or what I call traditional banana pudding. Although we didn't go inside, the outside, sign, parking, etc could use some updates. Drove 30 miles to only find them closed. I called before I left my house and got a recording saying they are open on Sunday. Will not try and go back. Place looked run down. Hours posted on the door even said open Sunday.
