On to the food—overall, it was excellent. We started with the tom yum soup, but unfortunately, the server forgot to bring us the hot sauce tray, which meant we didn’t enjoy the soup as much as we could have. We found the spice level too mild for our taste, so we asked for the rest of our order to be made spicier, and to our delight, it was! The spice was just right!
Our favorite dish was the Pad Thai, and we also really enjoyed the chicken satay and fried calamari we ordered as appetizers. For dessert, we tried the mango sticky rice. It was decent, but I’ve definitely had better elsewhere.
In summary, the food was fantastic, though the service could use some improvement.
We don’t like to write a negative review about any small business. However, six of us met for lunch at Shui, and The lunches were delivered in a staggered fashion, minutes apart for each person. The last person‘s lunch came out a half hour after everyone else’s. The food was not flavorful. We will not be returning.
The food was lacking in flavor, and several dishes did not include the ingredients listed on the menu, with substitutions that were not satisfying. Overall, I was quite disappointed and would prefer to spend a little more money for higher quality and better-tasting food at other places.
I spotted a mouse in the dining area today, emerging from under a table. This makes me think there might be many more, considering it felt at ease enough to come out while other diners were present. As a result, I decided to switch my dining experience to takeout.

Good food, family-owned, I've been going since they're beginnings. There are things I would change, and I hope they make it.
I'm not sure why they only have a 4.2-star rating. The food is absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed every single bite!
While the food is great the 35 to 40 minute wait to get a walk in order is ridiculous. They need help in the kitchen.
