My colleague, who is vegetarian, waited 45 minutes for dinner only to find out there was nothing she could eat. This situation clearly did not meet our needs. It's important to consider your customers' dietary preferences—if someone orders vegetarian rolls, there's a strong chance they are vegetarian. I will also be requesting a refund through UberEats since I couldn't get through to the restaurant by phone. This may appear to be a small takeaway shop offering the usual sushi and bento boxes, but if you sample something off the menu, like the karaage or udon noodles, you'll be taken to a state of bliss and appreciation. The staff is naturally warm and very friendly, providing efficient service. Just remember to be patient while waiting for your meal; good food requires a little extra time. Consistently good quality food. Honest and helpful and upstanding staff.I order from here rather regularly, via uber eats and recently had an issue with my order being returned to store at closing time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received my food (10/06/22).100% would order from here again and I will look at coming in store sometime soon to give my thanks in person.
I grab a quick lunch here regularly going to and from jobs. Love the Spicy Tuna Rolls and the staff are quick to offer a fresh make-up if what I want hasn't been pre-made. Reasonable prices. The sushi/meals are always great, reasoably priced and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. One of the very few places that has a vegan range!!!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian/vegan options and if they've run out they will make it up.Parking: Car parking easy to access and plentiful.
The people behind the counter serving need to focus on the job on hand! Too worried about other things going on and stuffed our order up. Sushi was not to bad one lot of sushi didn't taste very fresh. Not a welcoming and a good experience had. Think twice about going back there.
