The place is alright, and the food is good. I've had instances where I wasn't happy with my order, but nothing too serious. So their food is definitely decent and will not disappoint. But that service, boy oh boy where do I start ?. I've been going to SI fish for over 5 years. And when I tell you that the ladies in there are horrible, it's an understatement. I've maybe had 1 or 2 be a little more pleasant, but for the most part; they're snotty and rude how they address me as a customer. Now I'm not going to speak for everyone, but as for myself and my people that go in there, we're all in agreement about the service. I say just renew the entire crew.

On a positive note, the interior decor is quite enjoyable, featuring R&B music videos on a large TV and a free Ms. Pac-Man video game! Overall, my first impression of this place is decent to good (depending on what you order), but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially when it comes to condiments. I’m not sure why I only got two of everything (except for napkins; I only received one of those), which makes me think I should play the numbers: 2-2-2. I finished my meal with a strawberry lemonade, which I have no complaints about. Additionally, the customer service was good.

So I had a taste for some fried fish, I came to your eatablishment and purchased 3 pieces of fish and I asked for extra piece of bread… what I got was some SUPER THIN NO MEAT WHITINGS, 4 skinny pieces ALL BONES, and they had the AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME $9.50! NEVER AGAIN! And ppl wonder why their own dont support? STOP BEING GREEDY FOR MONEY AND STEP YOUR FOOD QUALITY UP!!! I dont know how you can look at a customer in there face and serve them FRIED BONES!!! Just really pathetic! Reserva una mesa ahora

Additionally, the app listed the meal for $10, but when I called to confirm my order, the price was completely different. I ended up paying $19 for the dry, hard chicken, cold mac and cheese, and mediocre yams. I had to call multiple times to check on my order, and I could tell the staff was getting frustrated with me. For a better experience, I suggest picking up your order or going to a supermarket to make a similar meal at home for much less.

Malik ! This is your old employee ! Today is April 27 , 2023 I pulled up to the new spot to get some good food and say hello to you . I Politely asked for you and continued to ask for Macaroni your worker is extremely rude with a very nasty demeanor this was at 1:30pm Thursday smh ! I will pull up some other time but I pray she learns some customer service etiquette ...... Sad !!!!!

Honestly, it's just great everything. You get a good amount of food it isn't too pricy. The atmosphere is great the food is great the service is quick I highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: They have chicken fingers and burgers and nothing that's too adult for children.

I ordered the fish and chips platter. It took longer than I expected. The food was hot. The fish wasn't good at all. The texture of the fish was off. I don't know if it was over cooked or just stale. First and last time.Food: 1/5 Reserva una mesa ahora

The entire place was fantastic! The host was both charming and courteous. I definitely need to bring my friends here to relax; I also noticed they have live music! This is definitely a must-visit spot! Food: 5/5.

Love their food , everythings freshly made and delicous ive gotten their curry meals , oxtail meals and just recentley there shrimpRasta pasta . Highly recommend!
