Siam Plus - Reserva de mesa

I regularly order from Siam Plus because their food is fantastic. However, there was one occasion when I ordered over the phone, and my meal was completely wrong. They added ingredients that I specifically declined because I’m allergic to them. When I brought this up, the staff member said they couldn’t replace my meal. I then asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t refund me for food I can’t eat, which is quite unusual for a restaurant. To make matters worse, the woman at the counter was quite rude and unpleasant.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I've been to many Thai places before, usually with great experiences. However, this time was completely different—it was easily the worst Thai food I've ever had. I ordered basil fried rice, but received something entirely different. I also got the red curry, which they tout as a favorite. Unfortunately, it was so sweet that it was almost inedible, like they had dumped a bag of sugar into it. What a disappointment for Thai cuisine!

Fabulous experience food is very delicious. Unfortunately they are moving locations and today was actually their very last day so I was blessed to meet the owner and say thank you. I ordered the coconut soup which I upgraded with beef and shrimp. It’s definitely one of my favorites I will specifically come back just to order the soup. Service: Take out

I can’t speak to the quality of the food since every time I tried to call, they answered and then hung up right away. It seems like they have so many customers that they don’t bother with new ones or phone orders. We’ve never tried the food and won’t be making the effort again. Very unprofessional. It is nice to have a Thai spot close to my home. I usually get Panang curry as spicy as possible. The service is good, but the location could use some refreshing to make it more attractive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Siam Plus is absolutely delicious! The flavors are just right, and the sweet and sour catfish is fantastic. And the bubble tea? Wow, it's amazing!!!
