Sichuan Gourmet Burlington

So, I'm more of an American Chinese fan, and this place is super authentic. This is not a bad thing, but if you are more of a Panda Express type than a street provider type, this could not be for you. If you are adventurous and want authenticity and warmth, add a star. If you like Pandas oranges chicken and lo mine, take one away, just be honest. They are fast and friendly. The place is clean, so you will not be deceived from the outside. If you are not regular and want them to show up, you should be aware of it. Don't get me wrong, this place is good. But I think many reviewers here pat themselves on the back for authenticity and posing a little. If you walk like me to the first (educated) General Tso, it can't be what you expect. If you like tripe and dry fish, you will love it. Service is fantastic and at the point. The prices are good. Look at it, but know what you're coming!

Amazing Sichuan food. Sooooo delicious. Perfect. Might be best ever Chinese food in my 70+ year life. Wish I lived closer. Owner suggested the ChengDu dumplings. Divine. I also ordered the Braised Pork Belly. OMG. Sooo delish. The ‘appetizer’ bowl of pickles so good I asked for seconds. Wish they sold them by the jar. Pictures show my extras about to be boxed.

Very delicious! My friend and I ordered to enjoy Takeout as we drove back to NJ we have the Mapo Tofu, old Sichuan chicken and beef tendon with spicy wonder sauce. We definitely forgot to order beans. But everything was delicious (and spicy).

eating was good overall. I would say that it would probably be with what I would expect for Sichuan food in the opposite. nothing was bad at some point, but also.
