So I went to get a whole pie and a slice they never made the pie and put the slice with so called extra cheese on the slice in the oven which could have waited then the lady behind the counter Ada I believe her name is was making pies with gloves in taking dirty money with the same gloves on. That’s nasty and what they call a NYC STYLE LARGE is nowhere near a New York style of Pizza crust is thin and not much Cheese guess I need to find someplace else to get Pizza cause this place is definitely NOT IT

Owner was very rude to one of his employees and was degrading him publicly. I spoke up for the gentlemen and he told me “you don’t understand I am the only one who is willing to work with him” so that gives you the right to speak to him as if he has no worth? And as I walked away he told me “you don’t have to come back here if you don’t want!” LoL if he treats that gentlemen like that publicly I don’t want to imagine behind closed doors. What goes around comes around that’s all I’m going to say!
I have to to let others know how repulsive my order was and how I was treated. I opened a box to a roach inside. On top of all this, I witnessed the older guy sneezed into his gloves and I requested a new pizza. He gave me attitude and even tried to call me out of my name. HE was angry and denied the whole thing. I was so shocked and hurt. I have never been this hurt by someone I give my money to. Find another clean pizza place with respectful men.

Tried this place for the first time and such a disappointment super greasy and paper thin pizza, what a waste of money! The guy didnt even tell me about the daily specials and when i mentioned it to him he simply shrugged his shoulders, they must be running low on cheese because they was hardly any on my pizza, my first and last time spending money at this place.
I visited this restaurant at the mall with my family and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The new pizza maker is incredibly fast, like Flash from the comics. I have never seen anyone make pizza as quickly and efficiently as Stephan. It was truly impressive! Even aliens couldn't beat him at making pizza.
Ordered food from them and it was old smelly pizza and a burned calzone. The order was delivered after 1 hour. I called to complain and this lady Jackie said the pizza was ready in 1 min. So why was it delivered after 1 hour secondly how can a pizzabe ready in min in the first place. I will never order or eat from there again.
The young women I have dealt with at this restaurant are always polite and friendly. The food is good and the portions are nice too. I'm its not easy doing what they do in the mall everyday. Just wanted to say thank you.

Food was horrible. Taste of the pizza, just the texture alone made it horrible. Their cheese is horrible quality. I highly suggest no one go to this place. The garlic knots are even cold, hard, and not satisfying.
pizza was almost all cheese and low grade. sauce was bland. crust was nicely done but that's it. need better sauce recipe and better cheese
