I ordered a cheesesteak, fries, garlic knots, and a soft drink. The cashier didn’t catch my drink order but gave me a cup without charging me. Unfortunately, all the food was overcooked. My cheesesteak was supposed to come with mushrooms and Swiss cheese, but there were no mushrooms, and I think I received provolone instead (which I actually prefer). There were no other toppings, and I didn't receive any steak sauce. I was informed that I should have ordered a salad dressing, which would have cost extra. The portion of fries was massive. I ended up paying around $40 for everything but couldn't finish it, nor did I want to, as the sandwich, fries, and garlic knots were all overcooked.
During my recent visit to this pizza place, I encountered a series of unfortunate mishaps that left me disappointed. There was a mix-up with my order that resulted in a significant delay in receiving my pizza (which I never received)I also found the interaction with a staff member to be less than satisfactory, as they seemed unwilling to acknowledge the mistake and were slow in processing a refund. I hope the establishment takes this feedback to heart and works on improving their service quality and customer interactions in the future. He had slicked back greasy hair and was very rude to me and my girlfriend. Would not recommend this place.
We made the order for delivery, was told it was going to be 40 minutes, not a problem until over an hour goes by, we called back to check and one of the people told us he’d call and see where the driver was and call back, 20 minutes go by and nothing so we called back and got a different person, he said the delivery guy had just left and should be there within 5 minutes, that he was, with our cold pizza, pretty sure it had been sitting there the whole hour we were waiting. Our bread sticks are burnt to where no one will eat them.
This was advertised as the gluten free pizza spot on Door Dash. I ordered the gluten free pizza for my daughter. This is not gluten free. She had a major flare up and was extremely jaundice and sick after eating this. It is dangerous to advertise gluten free when people are actually allergic to gluten. I had to search google for the address from Door Dash to find out this was a complete different restaurant than what was labeled on door dash.

I really enjoyed your pizza dishes—they were quite sweet! However, there wasn't anything particularly special about the meal. I ordered a Supreme pizza but only received it with onions, pepperoni, and sausage, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't the worst I've had, though. I also ordered cinnamon rolls, but unfortunately, they were burnt. On the bright side, the breadsticks were good!

It was the best restaurant I’ve ever visited. The food was incredibly delicious and flavorful. The service was outstanding, and I felt very comfortable throughout my time there.

Ordered a large pizza, that seemed like it would be just larger than a personal pizza anywhere else in America. Pizza taste was average.
