A great hotel with a puristic, modern design. Absolutely something for the eye!!! The service was very nice and luggage service was available upon request. The car can be parked if you want, or you can park in the parking garage next to it. The State Opera is right around the corner and the Neue Wall is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are stylish and cozy. The bathroom complete with frosted glass doors. This is the only drawback, the gas doors cannot be closed properly and a lockable door would have been great, especially for the separate toilet. Great location, everything can be easily reached on foot or by subway. The next stop here is Gänsemarkt. Fantastic spa and fitness in the basement. The entire hotel is modern and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately there is no privacy in the toilet due to leaky glass doors. Even the creepy eco-friendly toilet paper doesn't fit into the otherwise very luxurious concept. Great staff! Breakfast is very expensive at €42 per person, but of excellent quality if you really want to eat in the hotel. Our stay here remains special.

Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen ob Alt oder jung hier gibt es für jeden etwas und gerade die ältere Dame im Spar Bereich hätte meiner Meinung eine Lohnerhöhung verdient und 2 Wochen Urlaub auf den Chef so ein liebes Hamburger original trifft Mann nur noch selten super nett und zuvorkommend immer frisches Zitronen ,Ingwer oder Gurken Wasser am Start vielen Dank für die schönen Tage an diese nette Dame der Rest vom Hotel war echt in Ordnung

Hallo, meine Freundin und ich waren vom 19.-22.01 im SIDE Hotel. Wir sind durchweg begeistert! Angefangen vom Service im Restaurant. Sehr freundliche engagierte Leute.
