We are blown away by our experience at this restaurant! We have tried to dine here before, but it is always busy. Today, we were lucky to find a few available seats and decided to stop in for lunch after dropping off our kids for soccer nearby. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and quickly seated by the attentive and friendly staff. We opted for the lamb flatbread and lamb moussaka, both of which were incredibly delicious and served promptly. We couldn't resist trying the homemade desserts, and the banoffee and brownie were absolutely delightful. The coffee was also exceptional, the best we've had in a while - we even had to grab an extra one to go! We are looking forward to...
This café is one of the best in the local area, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. The interior is cozy and welcoming, with dark polished wooden floors giving it a semi-home, semi-industrial feel. The café is popular and the food is good. I have visited for breakfast and lunch multiple times and have always had a positive experience with the professional and welcoming staff. The only downside is that the single tables are quite small, so it is better to opt for a double if you have a lot of items. The café is conveniently located near Johnson Park, making it easy to grab takeaway and have a picnic.
This place really surprised me. Great corner location in a suburban quiet street with a great cozy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating and family pet friendly. We were attended to immediately and given the choice of any table. Some really good looking items on the menu with an all day breakfast. We ordered a couple of coffees a big breakfast and a salmon salad with brown rice. I can't fault the food at all. Generous servings, cooked just right and very tasty. The prices are reasonable and the service and staff was quick and very friendly.
This bustling suburban cafe is everything you could ask for. Even though I arrived for a late lunch at 2:30pm, there were only a few tables available. Luckily, they are open until at least 5pm on weekdays. Unfortunately, the moussaka was sold out, but the pie and pumpkin tart were delicious substitutes. The coffee was excellent and the cakes were as well. The service was attentive and warm, without being overly intrusive.

Stopped in for a quick coffee while my son was at soccer nearby. Coffee was excellent and service was quick and attentive. Have been here for breakfast before too and it was great. Good selection of fresh cakes and pastries also available.
First visit to this very charming Cafe. Found the staff very friendly and a nice choice of food . Homemade lemon tart with fresh cream on the side was delightful. BLAT was really tasty and savoured every bite. Will definitely be back
Sideways is a family business that I visit every time I come to Sydney. This family is just beautiful and their food, coffee and service has no peer.
Very traditional Aussie style cafe that I used to visit for many years. Foods and drinks are average but the vibe here is perfect.
