The map offers very few choices. c'est couscous ou tajine. I choose the tajine, and there, the manager answers me on a very dry tone: "no the tajines are to be booked in advance so you will not have tajine" .ok merci....and the best for the end ... the manager spontaneously offers us a glass of tea, everyone accepts with pleasure, except that she has omitted to specify that the glass of tea is to be made!!! I find this shameful! especially that in the most part of the restaurants the glass of tea is often offered!
this Saturday , the weather is cold , freezing rain... winter is the , finally in the mood for a good hot dish ... what better than an oriental restaurant ?? we reserve the sidi bou for the next day ... correct reception, the place is small but pleasant. surprise ... we order a tajine and the waitress answers us ... you booked it? Uhh no why??. we already have a lot of work on Sunday, we do the tajines only on reservation, so we have only the choice among the couscous that only differ by meat, that was very good but I remain disappointed by an already limited card, which caused it even more couscous to carry ....
small room nicely decorated with the color of the maghreb , but the proposed kitchen is very large . meat , semoule , vegetables .all is of great quality .the flavors make us travel .we almost want to say : "it's good as the bottom" except that in this restaurant there is no frozen or canned .
