We were a group of 19 people to visit: cider and cabrales route. They welcomed us at the bar very kind and friendly, soon Manuel arrived, the tour guide and owner of the bar, the cider house and the cheeses, which are the only thing he does for pleasure. Great visit with a lot of information and the best thing was the guide, Manuel explained everything to us very well and answered all our questions, it was clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Then dinner was a most gratifying experience, we ate corn cakes with chorizo, Asturian cheeses with Cabrales in 2 cures (5 and 8 months), fabada, kid at a low temperature (finger-licking good) and for dessert rice with milk. The entire experience is 100% recommended and in a magical setting. We loved Asiegu.
