Una gran sidrería no muy lejos de la frontera francesa, a 1h15 en coche de Hossegor. ¡Los chuletones de 1 kg y 0.75 kg son simplemente increíbles! Gran cocinero a bordo. La sidra de manzana española es muy buena, también tienen un buen vino tinto local para acompañar la carne. Asegúrate de pedir patatas fritas extra, ya que la porción de patatas es pequeña. Este es un restaurante de carnes, pero los vegetarianos pueden disfrutar de una hermosa ensalada de tomate local. Pide visitar la sidrería, es muy bonita. We went midweek in the summer (not peak season for sidra) and it was pretty empty. We were treated with attention in a friendly manner. We were shown the place, told the history, experienced sidra from the barrel with jet... The food was great and in large quantities. When you go out for a ride on your bike and recover your strength on the terrace of a cider house that offers lunch on weekends... you can't ask for more... very good service and you want to try the tomato salad they have in summer... place to aim... Food: 5 Service: 5
