Such a beautiful restaurant. Very nicely decorated and seemingly a nice atmosphere. I ordered the broiled platter. Sounded delicious on the menu. The “crab” tasted like boxed stuffing, the oyster tasted like stuffed peppers. The clams tasted like chewy playdough. The broiled flounder has good seasoning but over cooked. It’s such a shame. All those reviews are why we drove to come here to eat. The staff does not pay any attention to you, so here sat my meal as I’m waiting for the waitress to return to kitchen. I did not even eat the meal. So disappointed. She came took meal back and said she was going to charge for the bake potato which cracked me up. Yep nope take that back too. Not even ope...

The owners must not have been present tonight. Most of the staff was either huddled up together chit chatting (if you have time to lean, you have time to clean) or they were sitting in a booth playing with their phone. The food is usually very good, but tonight it was subpar at best. I ordered the broiled seafood platter………the oysters appeared to be directly from a can, the broiled shrimp was actually BOILED and then lightly seasoned/broiled and the flounder…..it was actually pretty good. All I can say is that when the cats away, the mice will play. I have been coming to this restaurant for probably 25 years and it is being tarnished by its staffing.

This was my first time visiting Greenville SC and also first time eating at this restaurant. Food was great, atmosphere was warm and pleasant but the waitress we had was excellent very pleasant and professional. I think her name was Becky. If I'm in the area ever again I will definitely be visiting the restaurant again. Hopefully I can find other locations and their service is just as good.

Ordered online for pickup, was ready in 20 minutes. There's a separate entrance for to-go orders to the right of the main entrance. Photo is of a large order of fried perch and hushpuppies.

The food is fair, the service and atmosphere are great. Vegetarian options: The okra could be more fresh and not burnt.

Great place for seafood and the veggies are delicious. Yummy hush puppies and potato wedges for appetizers.
