I want to give a shout-out to Silver Lake Pizza! While staying at The Breakers hotel, I ordered a pizza through Seamless, but it arrived cold and without any cheese. I was understandably upset, so I called Silver Lake Pizza to share my experience. They were incredibly apologetic and friendly, and they promptly sent me a brand new, hot pizza with cheese, which arrived in just about 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious! Silver Lake Pizza also explained that when you order through Seamless, they handle the order differently, which can lead to issues. My husband went back immediately, and sure enough, the phone was still sitting on the counter, right in the register employee's line of sight. When my husband asked if it was his phone, the guy just nodded. Meanwhile, I was calling it repeatedly, and no one bothered to answer and inform me that they had found it. Either they couldn’t be bothered to check right in front of them, or they were planning to keep the phone for themselves. Regardless, we won’t be ordering from this place again, and I’ll be sharing this experience with everyone I know. On top of all this, the pizza is terrible—I’ve had better crust from an Easy-Bake Oven.

This review is focused solely on my experience with the service, not the food. When I entered to get a slice of pizza, I was completely overlooked. However, when two men walked in right after me, they were promptly greeted with, "What can I get for you?" The way I was treated was unacceptable; gender should never play a role in service, whether in a restaurant or anywhere else. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, but the service a 1.
