After my recently quite positive experience with a surprisingly quiet café in the otherwise violent Sindelfinger shopping temple Breuningerland, I now run a bit more openly through the Böblinger counterpart Mercaden. To date, my visit to the rather unsightly clinker building opposite the Böblinger station was limited to the essential. Get in and out. But the Mercaden has 15 gastronomic plants, spread over 3 floors. The advantage: just a few steps from the train station, from the bus station, from the medical center Medicum, from the post office and the pedestrian zone Bahnhofstrasse, all the paths inevitably pass here.
