Loved this place, great wine and food. The waiter offered us the choice of tables and informed us a party of 18 were going to be there so we had the choice to sit away from them if we wanted privacy. Nice little touch. Only food we were let down by was the antipasto, no olives or cheese on it as stated in menu and after looking at picture on website realised ours was very bare. Apart from that our mains were brilliant and the onion rings are amazing! Will visit again, service was attentive and welcoming.
I stumbled upon Mio more randomly at the end of last year while searching for a 'proper' restaurant. I had a wonderful meal there. I returned in January for my birthday, and everything—food, staff, and atmosphere—was still fantastic. It’s worth noting that it was busier than my last visit, so word has definitely spread. In my opinion, it’s the best place to eat in Nuneaton, especially if you appreciate authentic, delicious Italian cuisine. The portion sizes are generous, so you won't leave hungry!
Best quality food in Nuneaton by far, this chef knows how to cook seafood. King prawn starts was amazing, seabass main was exceptionally cooked and portions are plentiful. Seafood is ssuper fresh not the frozen rubbish you get at most restaurants. This is just what Nuneaton needed a restaurant with top quality food. Will be returning often. Thanks for a lovely night, make sure you hold on to that chef he/she has a massive talent.
What a fabulous experience.!!! I had a spicy pasta dish and because it was too spicy for me they fetched me a completely new dish with no spice…the service was absolutely second to non… what great people. I really hope these people do well. All of the staff worked tirelessly to please everyone. The food , the cocktails and the service was outstanding. Well done.

I recently discovered this restaurant, and I am truly impressed by what I've experienced. The staff are wonderful, and the service is excellent. The drinks are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. The best part is that the three-course menu for two people didn't break the bank. It's the best Italian restaurant in Nuneaton!
