I came across this place by chance. I had a few hours so I randomly found this as I was walking. I usually dont review a place on the first visit but this place stood apart. In such a quite area seeming like no one is around comes this cafe. Inside was so live and lots of people enjoying their mid-day. Different ages were present from students to middle age to elderly from all backgrounds. There was a wide variety of authentic and signature cold sandwiches with a huge variety of pastries and biscottis. The picture from showcase would not be as good as seeing this live. Amazing cafe situated in a hidden little plaza. From the wide selection of pastries, to sandwiches to coffee options everyone here can find something they will enjoy. The gluten free biscotti option was so lovely to have as I have many friends and family members who are GF. The lavazza coffee… you can never go wrong with it ! A little taste of Italy in the south of Ottawa

Got a tiramisu and two sandwiches. Amazed by the food and service. A truly hidden gem!Updated review on my third visit: Service is fantastic. They don’t have diaper change table in the washroom but accommodated me and put a table in the washroom for me to change my baby. Couldn’t say enough nice things of this place! Super cute hidden gem located in an industrial area of Ottawa. It is a little hard to spot and there isn’t a ton of parking but it is well worth the stop. I ordered the brownie, shortbread pastry and cheese scone. Every single item was delicious, perfectly cooked and reasonably priced. I will be back for sure.

We love Simply Biscotti so much we had them cater our wedding desserts and they were a huge hit! People loved that it we didn't have the cliche wedding cake. We stop in every chance we get for a great coffee and delicious treat.

Delicious food, outstanding service, excellent value for money. It can be busy right at lunch time but the line moves quickly so don’t be discouraged if you arrive to a lineup.

Beautiful café full of delicious food. It's always busy, so you may wait a bit but the staff are efficient and the coffee is great!

Words can't even explain how good it is. Best pastry shop ever!!!!!! I would definitely recommend going.
