Around 3:45 today I went into this fish chip shop(my second ever visit). Had planned to buy a fish supper. I was the only customer in the shop at this time. I had noticed one female employee outside smoking, and there was one male staff member behind the counter(biggish lad, tanned skin, bald) who seemed fixated on his mobile phone. After being stood there for almost a minute without so much as an acknowledgement from him, I purposely did a small cough, assuming this might raise his attention? Sadly it didn't and even with the internal access door through to the market slamming in the wind..our friend's concentration on his phone did not waver. great friendly staff. lowest prices in belfast (if I'm in belfast, I'm going back to the train on the way, in which just order a chip) today I ordered a 'small 'Taco chip (not was massiw) when I saw the price I suspected it would be a few chips and a wee taco dip. no, loads of chips and gorgeous chili mint (I am usually vegetarian, but slashes these) soned, cheese and a bundle of massive smiles behind the counter. While I was waiting, I saw that one of the girls saw a fish and chip to a 'sit in' customer, amazing. in any case at my next visit. 10/10
Excellent dining experience! My friend ordered the goujon meal, while I opted for fish and chips. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and courteous, accommodating us by seating us at every available table. They also brought our food along with a variety of the best sauces. The location at St. George’s Market is fantastic!
Absolutely terrible. They served stale bread and undercooked chips. The onion rings were soaked in oil, and the wrapper was so greasy it was wet all through. I was hesitant to try the battered sausages because they were overcooked and stale on the outside, while being undercooked in the middle. Don’t waste your money eating here.

Really nice chippy with good lunch options. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Going at lunch we usually call ahead as there can sometimes be a wait if its busy nothing major though. Cod bites are lovely and recommened! Great curry and sweet curry but gravy is a bit watery.
the fish was probably the most beautiful broken fish I had ever had was beautiful and crispy really friendly staff ordered me a taxi when I was asked about directions coming in any case when I am in belfast
This tiny little shop was a great find! The fish was very fresh and cooked well. Only complaint is about the chips kind of limp and didn’t taste super fresh.
The lady at the counter is extremely unfriendly and rude. We ordered chips, they were very oily and it didn’t even taste good.

big lunch deal fresh, hot right “chip shop” chips and fresh broken fish (and a drink) for £6. very happy!
