I discovered some amazing barbecue on my drive to St. Augustine that is definitely worth a stop. The shrimp was exceptionally well-seasoned and absolutely delicious. My husband was particularly impressed with the brisket, which was incredibly moist and juicy—something that's not easy to achieve with brisket. While waiting in line, I chatted with several locals who eagerly shared their recommendations, ranging from the smoked turkey leg to the homemade sweet potato cake. We hosted a graduation party at Sims and our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the meat was cooked. The prices were quite reasonable compared to other places. We ordered the smoked pork and wings, and the pork was juicy and incredibly tasty. The wings were fantastic as well. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff. We will definitely be returning!

Really good dirty BBQ, burned ends, crunchy and mumbling. The Brisket was one of the better ones I had, fair prices and friendly staff. The only criticism I have is that some Mambies could not handle some spices, so they had to get rid of the spicy sauces. Probably still want Mom to cut off her crust. Throw Jacob, you are 31.

The smoked mullet was incredibly delicious! It has a hint of sweetness from either apple or honey, which elevates the flavor profile of the fish. We will definitely order it again, and I highly recommend pairing it with the baked beans as a side. Reserva una mesa ahora
