We love the food there. It's cross over asian cuisine, with Ms Jin's special interpretation. The working day business lunch is great value for price, with a nice and exclusive buffet. In the evening, the place is elegantly decorated and quite romantic. It's probably the only place in town where you don't need to reserve for the Chinese Duck, and it is definitely the best Chinese Duck we have eaten. Everything here is so thoughtful and prepared, it's every time a special experience. Our top list: The Dim Sum, The thuna 3 ways, and of course the Duck.
SInce several years we are great fans of Jin and Fong. They recently opened up their new SInohouse in the 9th district, 5 mins from U6 Nussdorfer Strasse. This place is cosier than the one in the 1st district, very nice atmosphere. Service is always friendly and personal. Quality of food is excellent, value is great. Booking is recommended. It's probably the only place in Vienna where you don't have to prebook Peking Ente - that's what we ordered. High quality, great taste, huge portions. Very nice wine list. We'll be back soon !
Das Sinohouse ist das beste asiatische Restaurant, das wir kennen. Wir sind Geniesser mit Faible für gutes authentisches Essen und guten Wein. Wir lieben auch die asiatische bzw. südostasiatische Küche. In dieser Hinsicht ist das Sinohouse absolut 'as good as it gets '! Kein Wunder, dass die Thai Prinzessin, Botschafter und verschiedene asiatische Repräsentaten internationaler Institutionen hier her kommen, um ihren Gästen südostasiatische Essenskultur vorzustellen. Went there on a Sunday for Lunch so they offered a very limited menu with just some soups, stir fry's and Dim Sum's. I ordered the lemongrass soup with prawns and three kinds of Dim Sum's. The soup was very tasty, the prawns cooked properly and the spice-level was just right. The Dim Sum's were outstanding: the texture was firm and not slimy and the fillings were just yummy! Also the sauces they served together with the Dim Sum's were delicious, so overall it was an outstanding dining experience. - I'll definitely be back.

As long-term traveler to various countries in Asia, I believe I have tasted many varieties of Asian food. Congratulations. This restaurant serves wonderful food at decent prices. The green papaya salad is delicious; the pad thai noodles are in my opinion very good - the best I have had in Vienna so far. The service was very attentive; although there was a party going on the other guests were in no way neglected. I will definitely return again.
Recently we found out that Jin's Sinohouse is back in town, after a long break. We went there twice already, the menu is even more exciting, especially the asian street food set menu, which consists of several courses, soups, starters, mains, and desert, nicely presented. Excellent food as always. The new location is smaller and more cosy - Nussdorfer Strasse 86.
I am not an asian food fan but about to become one with this new discovery in town! Good food and generous portions( I highly recommend the chicken sateh with peanuts sauce) .. Not too spicy, cosy atmosphere and nice service , somewhat overpriced for Vienna I must say. but we will definitely go back to try the drinks next time ;-)
Sehr gutes Essen, bemühtes freundliches Personal, Location hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre da die Tische nicht nebeneinander aufgereiht sind und man hat ein wenig Privatsphäre, Preise sind ein wenig gehobener, jedoch mit der Qualität und Portionsgröße betrachtet, ist in Ordnung

Take the Duck - nevermind the other stuff - you get it personally done from the chef, four courses are produced and you enjoy it all; soup and the meat. Great Other: nice atmopshere, staff is warm and friendly , excellent all in all
