Update: Sips contacted me within 24 hours and did an excellent job of addressing my experience! I am very impressed and the smoothie they made to replace the original one was very delicious! I will definitely be returning! Ordering was easy, but I ordered the Pb Yay and it came out very bland, with zero flavor. Almost watery. I called and left a message we’ll see if they respond to remedy the problem.
Started going to this place almost 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I would have weekly cravings for their snoballs and this was the best place to go in Hermitage.Now, we go a few times each year to take our kids for snoballs. ?They also have coffees and a variety of juices that we enjoy. In all these years I’ve never had a bad experience here. The customer service is always wonderful!
Love this place! Found it online and within a month I’ve been here 4 times. You can always expect consistency and I appreciate that every visit! I always get one of the juices but today decided to try a Loconut smoothie and it is soooo good!

The coffee and service here are absolutely outstanding! Brad was incredibly kind. Skip Dutch Bros, Starbucks, and McDonald's—make sure to visit Sips instead!
SIPS is amazing! I even had them bring their mobile trailer to my wedding, and it was the perfect touch. I absolutely love them!
