Visited 6 Mile Pub yesterday, and at the end, I wasn't impressed. When I walked in, I noticed 2 waitresses for the whole place. No it wasn't busy, but they needed a busser at least after noticing the 1 waitress rushing around like she had too much to do. I was asked to grab a seat anywhere, and 2 min later I was asked for a drink. I sat there for 20 min watching other tables be served, asked for drinks, and their food. Meanwhile I was kind of forgotten about. I ordered fish chips which I don't recommend. The batter was not cooked enough, aka soft in some parts. When I was asked for malt vinegar, out came a plate with a little plastic cup of malt vinegar, and packets of S P. (attached photo)...

Over the top great Food! Good atmosphere, except for the music. Top 40 just doesn't fit, with the gorgeous visuals and the view. Find a good Jazz Station, and turn it down. Great music, especially Jazz, should be an accessory to a good Meal, not the grinding main point of being there. Background music adds so much to a memory being created in a great setting, for any meal. The warm woods everywhere, the sunshine streaming in, the Fireplace on, oh my, and the historic wallpaper accents, just make you feel warm and relaxed. Almost everything on the Menu is local, and fresh! Love it here, want to go back, but really, take my advice about the music.

This pub has some charm but has shockingly overpriced food and served me one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever eaten in my life. I ordered the sausage, egg and avocado toast for $22(! . Scrambled egg potion was tiny, cold and awfully sloppy, toast was not toasted and was covered in what can only be described as avocado spread. The few tater tots I got were also cold. Sausage was the best thing about it. It’s incredible to me how an establishment can consider charging so much for such bad food. They are lucky the regulars keep coming back and bumping up their ratings. Until things change I would avoid this place at all costs.

Being a food critic, I looked for the best part of my experience in this restaurant. The waiter was new and demonstrated good customer service. I ordered a meal that I very much looked forward to enjoying. I think food quality is not a high priority here. Seems the gravy was from a can and not made at the restaurant. The mashed potato was just lacking.. This review is not to belittle anyone but to provide some constructive feedback to the owner: 1) make your signature gravy; 2) homemade mashed potato is a great idea; 3) super salty chicken wings is not for everyone, ask the client about their tolerance for salt. I really liked this place! I went on a Sunday evening and it was pretty empty. The service was great, and very quick. The food was delicious, one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I sat on the patio and there was a beautiful view of the river, flowers down below, and lots of hummingbirds to watch. There are some billiard tables, pull tabs, a bar top, overall just a good time! I will definitely be back.

Went here for a quick lunch. Had the fish and chips and shepherds pie. Everything was cooked well, and the shepherds pie was very flavorful. Like that they do a mix of beef and mutton. Service was great, and the atmosphere is relaxed. They had non-alcoholic beer on the menu, so that was a welcome treat to have with our meals. Thank you!

Was visiting Victoria, and a friend recommended i check out Six mile pub. Told me it was the oldest pub in BC. The waitress was very nice, the Drinks were cold. I ordered the Mac and cheese with Bacon, and my laws it was delicious. Great place to come with friends, or if you're flying solo.

Came here for dinner while visiting Victoria BC. Decent place with friendly staff. The shepherds pie was good. My double rye coke was only $11 which was delicious. My partner and I played a few games of billiards after we were done eating. Reserva una mesa ahora

Wonderful lunch on the lovely patio. The menu has changed for the better since we were last there years ago, and we were happy to see several delicious plant-based options. Delightful server Lindsay couldn’t do more for us. Kudos!
