To begin with, the food at this restaurant is good, but the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. This was our fourth visit to this location as a family of six - two adults and four children - and each time, the owner had something negative to say. He chastised us for stacking the veggies too high on our bowls, insisted that we must finish all the rice, and made us feel uncomfortable while we ate. Today was the last straw, as we were harassed and threatened for accidentally taking two extra cups without noticing. The food was great but the service was awful. If I could give it 2.5 stars I would’ve. I can see from previous reviews me and my family were not the only ones mistreated by the cook. This is the second time we have been there and the second time they have forgotten part of our order. The cook was rude to us and pushed my 6 year old son out of the way so he can clean up the immediate space we touched. I want to clarify that the push wasn’t a hard push/shove but hands should never be on someone else’s child. Love the cleanliness, but not the attitude that came along with it. I would rate this restaurant 3 stars. I decided to try it out tonight. If you have ever been to YC's, it's similar to that. I was pleased to see that the vegetables were fresh and crisp, despite it being later in the day. The quality of the food was excellent. However, I was disappointed by the rude behavior of the cook and the greeter. The cook displayed his displeasure by shaking his head while preparing my meal. The greeter barely acknowledged me, simply pointing at the bowls for me to grab before walking away without saying a word. Overall, the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious, but if you value good customer service, I would not recommend dining here as it was nonexistent...
My boyfriend and I love this restaurant for date nights. It is cute, friendly, and the food is fantastic! Everything is fresh and they make it easy to customize your bowl and sauce. Even when it's busy, they deliver your food quickly with a smile and keep everything well-stocked. The staff is lovely, the food is great, and they have a wide selection of veggies. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! They offer options for dietary restrictions such as tofu, meat, and seafood selections. My wife and I were looking for a Mongolian place to eat. We happen to come across, Sizzle. I couldn't of been more happy with this place. From entering the restaurant, customer service was spot on. Helpful and nice. The food was fresh and stocked. Great choices of sauces, I wish though they had my favorite (sugar water) but other than that we were extremely happy. The cook was helpful by offering tips with sauce combos. Restaurant is clean and in order. We will be back for sure!
New to the neighborhood. Friendly owners who are customer oriented, great NON-GMO food and gluten free. Cook is awesome and staff assists you with choice of sauces, again, gluten free and great variety of sauces. Protein is displayed to your heart's desire. You gotta try this place, very easy access and super clean restaurant. Oh, and the best part, prices are very modest, bring the whole family.
Our first time here. Loved reading the reviews before we came. They were hilarious ?. Did not disappoint ? everything was great and tasted even better. The owner is fun to chat with. I'm pretty sure this is our new Mongolian BBQ spot. Inside was clean and the line was well stocked with plenty of options. We will definitely be back.
I love coming to eat here! Everything always tastes fresh and I like that you can truly customize your order! It takes some time getting used to reading the sauce menu but you get the hang of it once you go more often lol. Everything was very good and fresh. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the sauce seemed watered down. I didn?t see them add any water on the table but in general it didn?t have as much flavor as I would have liked and I even added a ladle of kung pao sauce and didn?t taste it at all.
