I was staying in a local hotel, and asked for some delivery menus and one they gave me was sizzling tandoor.I ordered and 25 minutes later I had dinner.I got the veg platter for entree, this was huge and I could have just had this, the samosa's and the pakora's were delectable.For my main I ordered an eggplant curry, which came with a free container of rice. The eggplant curry was good, not something I would go out of my way to get, but taste was good, although not as hot as I would have expected considering I ordered it hot.All in all, good food and good price.
Don't be fooled by the outside of the restaurant and the lack ofcustomers inside - this place serves exceptional Indian food! Had the vegetable samosas - which were huge, but very good and the onion bhajis (which aren't on the menu, but they still do!) Then had the prawn madras, and my wife had a butter chicken. Both come with a complimentary rice to share. Had the perfect level of spice. Customer service is attentive and friendly.Would definitely recommend! We'll be back :)
I used to love this place the menu was massive and everything was delicious.. I went here last night for dinner to be disappointed with a very truncated menu. The food is still delicious but I preferred it much more with the original menu
So disappointed with our takeaway from Sizzling Tandoor. Seems we ordered 3 containers of sauce! We counted 7 pieces of meat in one dish. Whilst the flavours were reasonably tasty, we will be going back to our 'own' Indian Restaurant.

Great food and service, I will definitely be back for more! The kashmiri naan was one of the best I've had, nice and crispy when it arrived and was still the same after being reheated the next day. Goa fish curry was amazing too!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Preise sind angemessen, wenn nicht sogar günstig. Indisches Essen einfach zum geniessen. PS: Guter Wein vom Bottleshop nebenan mitbringen.
This place is great - recently renovated, lovely, helpful staff, diverse menu with some delicious choices (personal favourite was the lamb saag!).... absolutely worth a visit, or try some takeaway. 5/5!!
really friendly staff. I haven't eaten in but have only had takeaway. I had the dal and paneer and spinach curries with garlic naan. they were all really tasty. reasonably priced and portioned too.

We walked here from our hotel near the airport, the staff were very friendly, we were the only customers eating in on a quiet night. The food was very tasty, and the prices reasonable.
Had take away here after reading so many positive reviews.
The food tasted amazing. Good sized portion. It's a shame it's so empty all the time. Will definitely be back again
