I wasn't at Skidgies, but my parents live next door. The same gentleman who owns Skidgies also owns my parents' house. I can say that everyone I've interacted with there seems to be a good crowd. The owner, Jim, is also a really nice person.

This is a fantastic little neighborhood dive bar. The atmosphere is welcoming, and both the patrons and the bartender are friendly. They have a pool table and a jukebox for entertainment. Just a heads up—make sure to bring cash!
